Mr. Paul Weaver Miller, age 76, of Milford, beloved husband of Mary Creatore Miller, passed away on Tuesday, March 3, 2009, in Arden House, Hamden, CT.
Son of the late Frank and Elizabeth Oliver Miller, he was born on December 28, 1932 in Bridgeport. Paul was a retired Mechanical Engineer for Sikorsky Aircraft. He graduated from Bridgeport Engineering Institute. He served with pride and honor in the U.S. Army during the Korean War. Paul enjoyed wood working he especially loved to make bird houses. He enjoyed watching the UConn Lady Huskies.
In addition to his beloved wife, survivors include four loving sons Paul Miller and his wife Marilyn of Southport, Jeffrey Miller and his wife Margaret of Milford, Scott Miller and his wife Kelly of Suffield, and David Miller and his wife Stacey of Northford, thirteen cherished grandchildren Rachel Santos and her husband Steve, Michael Miller and his wife Kate, Sarah Zayas and her husband Ryan , Paul Miller, Hollie Miller, Billy , Bobby , Courtney Miller, Scott Miller, Sydney Paige Miller , Angelica Miller, Austin and Aaron Miller. He is also survived by a sister Ruth Shanley. He was predeceased by a son Michael Anthony Miller, three brothers Frank, Richard, and John, and three sisters Doris, Marion and Ida.
