Paul Turner Caulkins, 73, of Woodbury passed away on Sunday, March 7, 2010 at Waterbury Hospital. He was the son of the late Curtis Caulkins and late Adelaide (Jorgensen) Caulkins. Paul was born May 5, 1936 in Bridgeport. In 1955 he graduated from Bullard Havens Technical High School then served in the Army for 3 years. He then became an employee of The United Illuminating Company.
