CHARLOTTE – Beloved husband and father, Paul Robert Ball, born September 23, 1933, departed this life on November 8, 2012, at the age of 79.
He is survived by his wife and life companion, Marie Ball; children, Jack P. (Barbara) Ball of Knoxville, IL, Mary (Richard) O’Brien of Omaha, NB, Kay (Brent) Kasl of Lincoln, NB and Robert (Melissa) Ball of San Antonio, TX; 10 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
Robert, a proud Veteran, was employed with Cato, Inc. for 17 years as Senior Vice President of Real Estate, then stayed on for an additional 10 years in the role of consultant. He loved fishing, golfing, discussing American History and sharing his unique humor with family and friends.
