Paul Pace Jr. was called to reward on August 2, 2020. He was born to Paul Pace Sr. and Dorothy Pace on March 2, 1951. Paul graduated from Central High School then later to (CTI) Columbus State. Paul was the first Black Journeyman Printer Compositor at Xerox in Columbus.
Preceded in death by Father Paul Pace Sr.; Mother Dorothy E. Tuney Pace; sister Paula Pace; and grandson Paul M. Pace.
Paul leaves to cherish his memory, wife Daphne Pace; daughters Tamara K. Pace, Pascha D. Green from Alabama; sons Paul P. Pace, David C. (Tracie) Pace, Andrew Y. Green, James K. Green; brothers Carlos Pace, Darrell (Denese) Pace,; sister Pamela (Kerry) Pace, Tanya Pace, Joanett Pace, all from Columbus; uncle John Tuney; brothers-in-law Christopher Sr. (Michelle) Green, Lendyburg Green; sister-in-law Williadean Green; a host of grandchildren and great grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews and cousins.
Paul was known as Goo-Goo. He loved the Cleveland Browns Dogs, he talked about them everywhere he went. Above all he loved his family. Paul loved fishing, DJ, music, taking pictures, being a comedian and playing cards. He later had his own business “Photos by Pace”. Paul was a Team Grandpa to South Bulldogs Basketball Team. He had special times with the Talley, Slate, Henry families, Marika, Tariq, Claressa, Sari, Paula, Tracey, DVontae, Olivia and special friends Quincey and Alonzo. Paul will truly be missed.
