Paul Meyer, 55 of Newnan, passed away Thursday, July 26, 2018 in Tampa, FL. He was born August 15, 1962 in Janesville, WI.
He graduated from Martin County High School in Stuart, FL and the University of South Florida in Tampa, FL. He was a Regional Sales Manager for the Porex Filtration Group and a member of Southcrest Church. Paul was an avid sports fan, who coached his sons’ baseball teams throughout the years. When his children weren’t playing, he could be found watching his friends’ children playing sports in the Newnan area.
Paul was a lifelong golfer who loved playing and watching golf. He also had a passion for college sports. His love of sports is a lasting legacy that he has passed along to his beloved sons. He will be deeply missed by his friends, family, and all sports fans who knew him.
Paul is survived by his loving family; wife, Donna; children, Matthew and Mason Meyer; mother, Susan Conway; brother and sister-in-law, Michael and Durley Meyer; sisters, Kari Meyer and Amanda Meyer; aunt and uncle, Kathy and David Hall; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Don and Joann Lee; sister-in-law, MaryAnne Key; and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father, Jack Meyer.
