Paul M. Luers, 76, of Finksburg, died Saturday, January 30, 2016, at the Dove House. Born December 16, 1939 in Carroll County, he was the son of the late Sadie Yox Luers and August Luers. He is survived by his wife of 49 years, Sarah Luers.
Before retiring he was employed as a parts clerk at Stambaugh’s Chevrolet in Hampstead. He served in the Army and was a member of the Reisterstown American Legion No. 116. He was a member of St. John Catholic Church.
Besides his wife he is survived by brothers Robert “Bob” Luers of Littlestown, PA and Calvin Yox of Hanover, PA.
