Paul Larry Frye, 69, of Hampstead, MD, passed away on Friday, December 25, 2015, at the Dove House in Westminster, MD. Born in Frederick, MD, he was the son of the late Robert L. Frye, Sr. and Mildred Burns Frye.
Paul is survived by his wife Jeanette Cuffley Frye. Also surviving are daughters, Michelle Sandy of Stansbury Park, UT and Tami Ilyankoff of Washington, PA, and son, Shiloh Frye of Las Vegas, NV, and eight grandchildren; Paige, Hannah, Dallon, and Amelia of Utah., Wendi, Kelli, Traci of Washington, PA and Emma of Las Vegas, NV, and a great-grandson Vladimir of Washington, PA. He is also survived by a sister, Nancy Buzwell of Ellicott City, MD.
Paul was predeceased by brothers Robert L. Frye, Jr. and Kenneth Frye, and a sister, Betty Frye Nelson.
Paul grew up in the Sykesville area and graduated from Sykesville High School in 1965. He served in the U.S. Navy from 1965-1969 and spent most of his life as a professional truck driver, most recently working for Cowan Systems.
