Paul H. Johnson went to be with the Lord on July 19, 2022. Paul was born February 23, 1938 to Audie and Revella Johnson. At age 4,after his father had passed away, he went to live with his grandparents Ernest and Carrie Higdon. He enjoyed talking about his experiences with them.
He is survived by his wife of 63 years, Vivian Fulgham Johnson. Children Barry Johnson (Angela), Cheryl Grosche ( Charles). Grandchildren Matthew Johnson, Tyler House (Nevada), and Ashley Johnson. Great grandchild Oaklynn House. Sisters Mary Blaylock , Jimmie Nell McDaniel and brother Dewey Baswell.
Paul worked for 40 years with the Alabama Department of Transportation. He enjoyed going to church and studying the Bible. He loved Jesus and always knew He was in charge of every situation.
