Bren; adored “Poppy” of Alivia, Keigan, Tyson, Layla and Chloe; cherished son of Deloris Phillips and the late Robert E. Tevis, Sr.; dear brother of Donna L. Smith and her boyfriend Harvey R. Jacob, Karen Hoffman and her husband John Hoffman, and the late Robert E. Tevis, Jr. Also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
