He was born February 11, 1963 in Haleyville, AL to the late Walter Watkins and Linda Ward Watkins. Along with his parents Paul is preceded in death by his brother Mark Watkins. He is survived by his loving wife, Tina Bantin Watkins; children, Brittany Nicole Watkins, Joseph Allen Watkins; granddaughter, Carmen Watkins; siblings, Steve Watkins and his wife Paula, Joseph Watkins, Eric Watkins and numerous nieces and nephews.
