Trenton, MainePatti J. (Bohn) Jones, 63, passed away Sunday, December 1, 2019. She was the wife of Brian E. Jones for 45 years. Patti grew up in Barkhamsted and graduated from Northwest Regional #7, where she was a member of the honor society. Patti had a great love for children. She operated a daycare in her home and she was also director of Winsted Area Public Daycare for some time. She worked at Northwest Bank, March of Dimes, and as a driver for the family taxi business at Bar Harbor airport. Patti’s husband, Brian, lovingly cared for her throughout her long debilitating illness of Alzheimer’s. Patti was first and foremost an exceptionally loving wife, mother, and grandmother. Patti is survived by her husband Brian; her children, Travis (Monica) Jones, Tyler (Jessica) Jones, Taren Jones and Tessa (Dustin) Schwind; grandchildren, Alexis, Penelope, Cydney, and Calvin Jones; a sister, Jerri (Jim) Morgan; brother-in-law, Duane (Phyllis) Jones; and several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews and cousins. Patti was predeceased by her parents, Joyce and Gerald Bohn, her mother-in-law, Evelyn Jones, and sister-in-law, Rhonda Jones.
