Vela Patsy Smith, 93,of Green Forest, AR. entered eternal life on Thursday, March 6, 2008 at St Johns Hospital in Berryville, AR. Patsy entered this life on March 3, 1915 in the Osage community, the daughter of the late Ellis Usrey and Ollie Murphy Usrey. On November 10, 1933 she was united in marriage to James Delmer Smith. They settled on a farm in the Carrollton Community and lived there for almost 65 years.
