Patsy M. Allen, 58, of Indianapolis, died October 4, 2016, in Indianapolis. She was born on February 22, 1958, in Indianapolis, to her parents, James and Ruby (Carson) Allen.
She was a Medical Surveyor for the State Board of Health. Patsy was an avid church goer, she attended Calvary United Methodist, in Indianapolis. She loved to cook and travel.
She is survived by her companion, Dennis Lookebill of Indianapolis, three children, David (Jackie) Spurlock of Indianapolis, Holly (Brandon) Sallee of Richmond, Ky., Kelsie (Alonzo) Lookebill of Indianapolis, three sisters, Rosey (Skeet) Roe, Michelle Lardinois, and Joyce (Craig) Allen all of Indianapolis, six brothers, James (Annette) Allen, Billy Lee Allen, Steven Allen, Jason (Dawn) Allen, Jeremy (Tori) Allen, and Jack (Crystal) Allen, all of Indianapolis, and eight grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, James and Ruby Allen, and one brother, Larry Allen.
