Patsy Strunk Phillips, age 71, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family in the early morning hours on Sunday, January 30, 2022. She was born in Onieda, TN on November 6, 1950, to the late Edgar Strunk and Louise West Strunk. Patsy is survived by her loving husband, Clarence Russell Phillips; children, Clarence Allen Phillips (Melanie), Jerry Dale Phillips, Sandra K. Townsend (Rick Payne) and 16 grandchildren and 28 great grandchildren. Patsy is also survived by siblings, Flora Ann Lowe, Rosa Mae Phillips, Eddie Dean Strunk and numerous nieces and nephews.
