Patsy Jean Corron, 88, passed away on May 28, 2019 in Palmer, Alaska. Her cremated remains are going to be laid to rest in Texas. Patsy was born on April 11, 1931 in Jewett, Texas to Julius and Naoma (French) OPry. She moved to Wasilla, Alaska in 1984. She spent her time working as a personal care attendant for Access Alaska, retiring 25 years ago. Patsy loved to spend her free time doing arts and crafts. Her family stated, “She was loving and funny. We all enjoyed her odd sense of humor. Her family will miss her.”
Patsy is survived by her son, Hubert O. Ferguson of Loon Lake, Washington; daughters, Judy A. Ferguson of Wasilla, Alaska, Audrey J. Jensen of Wyoming, Linda J. Reiber of Oklahoma and Margarita P. Schultz of Willow, Alaska; sister, Vera Jo Munholland of Wasilla, Alaska; brother, Bobby J. OPry of Houston, Texas; numerous in-laws; five grandchildren and two great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by eleven siblings, one grand child and one great grandchild.
