Mrs. Patsy Billingsley Chesnut, 87 of Moreland, passed away Friday, August 17, 2018 at her daughter’s home, surrounded by her family. Patsy was born January 17, 1931 in Phoenix, AZ to the late Lonnie G. Billingsley & Esther Elizabeth Welch Billingsley. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 64 years, Lawson Eugene “Gene” Chesnut. Mrs. Chesnut and her husband were longtime, active members of White Oak Associate Reformed Presbyterian Church.
Mrs. Chesnut was blessed to have five children; she had one son and four daughters. Patsy was preceded in death by her daughter Wanda Chesnut Lambert. Her other four children are Vallori Flournoy (Bobby), Lori Fincher (Greg), Todd Chesnut (Rene), and Carol Robertson (Denny) and her sister is, Vicki Billingsley, Patsy was also blessed with an abundance of grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Her grandchildren are Craig Adams, Carla Sjostrom, Tabatha Mauriello, Chad Lambert, Drew Fincher, Holly Fincher, Kandy Chesnut, Libby Chesnut, Katlyn Robertson, Caleb Robertson, and Faith Robertson. Her great-grandchildren are Daniel Lambert, Emily Lambert, Elizabeth Mauriello, Layla Mauriello, Lawson Mauriello, Tristan Chiru-Danzer, Lauren Chiru-Danzer, Carson Pugh, Camden Pugh, and Liam Aderhold.
