Patrick Ronald Scalzo, 73 of Manchester, formerly of Lakewood, passed away on Monday, January 18, 2021. Patrick was born on December 27, 1947 in Brooklyn, New York to the late Dominick and Andrea LaRocco Scalzo. Patrick was a dedicated employee of Paul’s Trucking Corporation for many years. Not only was Patrick a loving husband, but also a devoted father and grandfather.
He is described by his family as a kind, loyal and generous person. He had a great sense of humor and did anything he could to help anyone in need. He was a great provider and leaves his family with many valuable lessons learned through the way he lived his life. Patrick was a decorated Vietnam Veteran who received the Purple Heart. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
Patrick is survived by his wife, Donna Spinello Scalzo; daughters, Stacey DiMarco, her husband Sam and children Kameron and Kileigh Murphy of Jackson; Suzette Scott, her husband Douglas and children Patrick and Connor of Hanover, Massachusetts; Casondra Mil and her children Ethan and Evan of Manchester; sister Audrey Marshen and her husband Charles of Vanceboro, North Carolina, and brothers, Andrew Scalzo and his wife Dore of Forked River; Frank Scalzo of Mullica Twp., New Jersey.
