He is survived by his beloved wife; Paula Garrick, two children; Scott (Penny) Garrick, and Sean (Tonya) Garrick, three grandchildren, Caleb, Jacob, and Julianna, mother; Eula Mae Garrick, five siblings, Don, Steve, Wanda, Lanita, and Joyce, nieces, nephews, other friends and family.
