Patrick M. Faley, devoted husband, father and grandfather passed away on March 24th 2022. Patrick was born in Ireland, March 25th 1956. He came to the US in 1959 and lived in New Jersey until 2000 when he moved to Colorado Springs with his family. Patrick is survived by his wife Kimberly; three children Shannon, Kelly and Patrick and daughter in law Barbora; three grandchildren Riley, Amia and Connor; brother Kevin and sister in law Jessica and nephews Teddy and Michael, and several cousins. Patrick loved to do things for others. In his early adult life he was a volunteer fire fighter, EMT and ER technician. After moving to Colorado he transitioned to hospitality and spent nearly 12 years with the Broadmoor, his favorite job. Patrick was an encyclopedia of knowledge which he loved to share with everyone. Patrick was also history buff and spent many family vacations taking his family to historical sites and museums. Patrick loved aviation, railways, traveling and could look into the sky and tell you exactly what plane was flying overhead. He also studied politics and current affairs and enjoyed a lively political debate, especially with his children and Facebook friends. Patrick loved his family more than anything and if you asked him what his greatest accomplishment was he would have told you it was his family. He always thought of others first and making people laugh gave him the greatest joy. He will be missed immensely, and will hold a special place in the hearts of many. Patrick was a one of a kind guy who took the scenic route wherever he went.
