Mr. Patrick Jarred Grubbs, 30, a resident of Tallassee, AL passed away Monday, December 12, 2016 at his residence.
Survivors include his wife, Sloan Painter Grubbs; children, Harper & Tristan Grubbs, Chandler, Peyton, Parker, & Cooper Hardin; parents, Phillip & Janice Grubbs; brothers, Shayne, Stephen, & Josh Grubbs. He was preceded in death by his grandfathers, Billy Grubbs & Lewis Rice and his children, Cord, Tanner, & Savannah Grubbs.
Patrick was born in Montgomery, AL on February 26, 1986 and was a graduate of Springwood School. He was a Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner. He was a graduate of Jacksonville State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing. He was a member of the Carrville Baptist Church.
