It is with great sadness that the family of Patrick Daniel Buchanan announces his passing on February 17, 2018, after a 2+ year battle with sarcoma. Patrick was brave and relentless in his pursuit to beat this disease and he astonished everyone by his resolve, grit, and fight for life. His courage and determination will NEVER be forgotten. Patrick was born in Denver, Colorado on February 10, 1972. He was preceded in death by his beloved father, Horace “Buck” Buchanan. Patrick came into this world at a strapping 8lbs. 10ozs, and his arrival was just the beginning of the grand life he would live. Patrick began his education at St. Vincent de Paul School, he was a proud graduate of Regis Jesuit High School, and finished his education at the University of Colorado in Boulder.
