She was predeceased by her father, Arvil Neal, and nephew, Aaron Sebastion Royer. Survivors include her mother, Rosemarie Brigham of Conowingo; one brother, Keith Neil of Glen Burnie; two sisters, Diane Royer of Glen Burnie and Karen Pomerantz of Severn; and eight nephews and nieces.
