Mrs. Patricia “Pat” Pruitt, 74, of Huguley, AL passed away Tuesday, July 1, 2014 at the East Alabama Medical Center in Opelika.
Survivors include her husband, Larry Pruitt; children, Angela (Randall) Maddux of Valley, Greg (Rhonda) Pruitt of Huguley, Glen (Kate) Pruitt of Fredonia, AL, & Jonathan (Ella) Pruitt of Ft. Pierce, FL; nine grandchildren, Andrea & Daniel Maddux, Alan, Alex, Andrew, Shelby, Emily, Laine, & Leah Pruitt; brother, John (Anna) Lunsford of Douglasville, GA. Mrs. Pruitt was preceded in death by her parents, James Emmett Lunsford and Nancy Jackson Lunsford.
Mrs. Pruitt was born in Troup County, GA and retired after 25 years of service from the Carter Mill. She enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren, loved to travel, and loved to shop. She was a member of Fairfax First Baptist Church.
