Patricia (Pepi) Elaine Plowman, 76, transitioned the morning of Monday, November 22, 2021.  She was born on January 28, 1945 in a Japanese internment camp in Los Banos, the Philippines, to Elizabeth Oxford Plowman and George Harden Plowman. She was their second child of four girls. When the Plowmans were liberated, they eventually moved to Venezuela.

A book could be written about Pepi. She was a singer, musician, classically trained artist, seamstress and designer of clothes, self-taught picture framer, a fantastic cook, seeker and traveler.

She leaves behind many dear friends around the world who loved her, recognized her unique spirit, and supported her when she was having a truly difficult time towards the end.

Her parents deceased, Pepi leaves behind three sisters, Claire (Sampatti) Elizabeth Plowman of Yucca Valley, California; Gayle Plowman Rego and husband, Jim Rego of Reno, Nevada; Mary (Tina) Katherine Plowman of Deer, Arkansas. She leaves behind nieces, Miri Plowman, Katrina Teele Fair, Noella Teele, Imara T. Coffman, Eya Claire Floyd, and nephew, Christopher David Plowman, all of whom marveled at their Auntie Pepi, her energy and creativity.
