Mrs. Otto passed away on Sunday, February 1, 2015, at the Norfolk Veterans Home.
Pat was born on April 6, 1930, in Norfolk, the daughter of Miles and Bess (Armstrong) Finley. She was raised in Norfolk and graduated from Sacred Heart High School in 1948. After which, she attended the Norfolk Junior College.
On November 28, 1953, Pat married Thomas E. Otto. The couple made their home in Norfolk before moving to Humphrey for seven years and then Wayne for three years. They returned to Norfolk in 1963.
Pat was a life-long member of Sacred Heart Parish. She was an active member of the Catholic Daughters, the Altar Society.
Pat is survived by her husband of over 61 years; their children and spouses: Tim and Shellie Otto, of Cottage Grove, MN, Maggie and Merrill Hale, of Norfolk, John and Katherine Otto, of Stanton, NE, and Joseph Otto, of Omaha; twelve grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, one brother, Dan Finley, and two sisters, Betty Voecks and Peg Stewart.
