Patricia Marie van Gelder 77 of Newnan GA died October 26, 2018 at Piedmont Hospital Patricia was born August 23, 1941 in Hartford, Connecticut to Agnew and Margaret van Gelder. She graduated from Westfield High School, Westfield Mass. She moved to California in the early 70’s to start her airline career first with Western Airlines and they moved to Atlanta GA to be a payroll analyst with Delta Airlines. She loved to play golf and watch golf and talking about golf, she also enjoyed family, friends, and trave. Patricia is survived by her sisters, Mara van Gelder of Big Sur, Calif., Gail Lynch of Indian Town, Fla., Marie Russell of Myrtle Beach, SC., Jane Russell of Sebastian, Fla., and her brother Peter van Gelder of Chapel Hill, NC., and many nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her brother John van Gelder.
