Patricia Marcella Thacker, 85, of Shinnston, WV went to be with her Lord and Savior on May 30, 2011, together again with Norman. She was born April 3, 1926, in Pittsburgh, Pa., a daughter of the late William Patrick Kiley and Marie Magdelene (Horning) Kiley. She was preceded in death by her husband Norman Eugene Thacker, whom she married on December 21, 1957. She was also preceded in death by one brother, six sisters, one grandson and one great grandson. She is survived by eight children; Robert Freudeman from Plantation FL and Gary Freudeman of Akron OH, Lary Freudeman and his wife Nancy of Akron, OH, Cynthia Meadows and her husband Danny of Akron, OH, Patricia Lynn White and her husband Grover of Byron, GA, Lori Thacker of Shinnston, WV, Norma Shay and her husband Blake of Grafton, WV, Laura Luchuck and her husband Ronald of Wallace, WV, three sisters; Doris Talbot, June McLain and Grace Yates all of Akron, OH, twenty nine grandchildren, twenty eight great grandchildren, one great great grandson, one unborn great grandson Bentley, and numerous nieces, nephews and friends. Mrs. Thacker was a member of the Moose Lodge #929 Shinnston and the American Legion Auxiliary Unit 31 Shinnston. She was a Methodist by faith. She will be greatly missed, but never forgotten by anyone who ever met her. She touched many, many lives. She will always be remembered for her beautiful blue eyes, loving smile and kind heart.
