Patricia M. (Pelka) Greening, 62, of Peru, passed away February 29, 2016 at Illinois Valley Community Hospital in Peru.
Mrs. Greening was born September 17, 1953 in LaSalle to Aloysius and Dorothy (Majewski) Pelka. She married Robert F. Greening on June 2, 1973 at St. Valentines Church in Peru. She was a member of St. Josephs Church in Peru and the Streator Knights of Columbus.
Survivors include two children, Rob Greening of Tiskilwa and Melissa Bokus of Peru; two grandchildren, Alyssa K. and Bree Renee Bokus; one sister, Laurie (Mark) Stasell of Lostant; one brother, Robert F. Pelka of Spring Valley and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Robert on December 13, 2009; one brother, Stephen Pelka and one niece, Katie Stasell.
Pallbearers will be nephews, Kevin and Jerry Greening, Neal Stasell, Jeff Crickman, Matt and Nick Pelka.
