Patricia Anne Gilbert Loflin, 68, of Salisbury passed away Wednesday, October 8, 2014 at her residence.
Born March 12, 1946, she was the daughter of the late Florence Hammock Gilbert and Charles Edison Gilbert, Sr.
Patricia graduated from Boyden High School in Salisbury. She worked at Blast-It-All in Salisbury for 35 years. She was Methodist by faith.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Donald Gene Loflin and her brother, John Wallace Gilbert.
Those left to cherish her memory are her daughter, Wendy H. Noble (Gray Yountz); son, William R. Hastings; step-daughter, Laurie Steckler (Fritz); step-sons, Danny L. Loflin (Trudy) all of Salisbury and David M. Loflin (Brenda) of Lucama, NC; brothers, Charles E. Gilbert (Patricia) and Robert “Bobby” H. Gilbert (Terrie), both of Salisbury; sisters, Elizabeth “Libby” Land (Fred) of Troy, MO, Charlene Belanger (Andre) of Polk City, FL; grandchildren, Jenny Noble, Amber Poteat, Marshall Hastings, Timmy Loflin, Christina Loflin, Sierra Steckler, Brandon Hughes; great-grandchildren, Carson Gray, Hayden Poteat, Carter Loflin, Haley Brewer, Meagan Brewer.
