Patricia “Pat” Ann Little, 74, of Centralia, passed away Wednesday, March 9, 2022 at SSM Health Good Samaritan Hospital in Mt. Vernon. She was born June 28, 1947 in Centralia, the daughter of Lloyd Miller and Ruby (Hart) Miller. She married Richard Lee Little on November 27, 1965 and he preceded her in death in 2003.

Pat is survived by her fiancé: Joseph Pieron of Centralia; her daughter: Christy Helpingstine and husband Daniel of Centralia; two grandchildren: Nathaniel Helpingstine and Jacob Helpingstine; her sister: Barbara Sensel and husband Wes of Centralia; sister-in-law: Mary Miller of Centralia; a niece and five nephews: Kim Wernsman and husband Ron of Centralia, Anthony Miller and wife Karen of Jacksonville, Illinois, Corey Miller of Centralia, Jason Miller and wife Tina of Centralia, Wayne Miller and wife Summer of Centralia, and Rob Finley of Centralia; several great-nieces and great-nephews.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents, parents: Lloyd and Ruby Miller, her husband: Richard Little, infant daughter: Carrie Little and a brother: Harold Miller. Pat worked at Schnucks in Centralia for many years. She also sold Tupperware and served as a manager. She coached softball with her husband, Richard, for 15 years and she played on an All-star Traveling Softball League. Pat was a service unit director for the Girl Scouts and served as a youth director. She was a member of the Central City Lioness and a member of the New Life Church in Salem. She was always volunteering and was involved with many local activities. Pat was a family person and she loved her daughter, grand-kids, family and friends.
