On the sorrowful day of April 8th, 2022, the world lost a kindred spirit, Patricia Dunn.
Even at a young age, Pat was a loving and devoted motherly figure. She was one of 7 children. She helped to care for her younger siblings by making sure they had all the joyous experiences of their youth. She was a graduate of Manchester High School in Akron, Ohio. She went on to work in Washington D.C. and then moved back to work in Downtown Akron, Ohio. She was a beloved member of St. Paul’s church.
Pat truly shined when she was surrounded by her family. She never forgot a birthday, anniversary, or a holiday. She sent cards with confetti that made us all smile.
Pat was preceded in death by her husband, Jeff Dunn, and 3 of her siblings Cathy, Jim, and Mary-Jane. She continues to be loved and remembered by her 3 sons Andy (Jordan), Chris (Michelle), Steve (Jackie), and her 6 grandchildren; her siblings Connie (Craig) Burkett, Sheila Davis, and Mike (Heather) Davis, as well as nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and nephews.
