Patricia Shannon Korf nee Long of Scottsdale, AZ, died September 3, 2011. She was born to Jane and Harry Long in Indiana on February 7, 1921 and was raised in Washington D.C. and Chicago, Illinois. She attended Rosary College in River Forest, IL and was a graduate of the Chicago School of Expression and Dramatic Art. She was a member of the National Honor Society. Her career as a fashion buyer took her to California and Arizona where she retired. She is survived by her beloved son John Craig Shannon; three grandchildren, Craig, Adam and Samantha Shannon and great granddaughter, Madison.
