Zang, Patricia Irene
Irene was born in Dixiana, Alabama on January 11, 1946 to Claude and Mary Bradford as Patricia Irene Bradford. Irene is the dear mother of Gene and his wife Dawn Waldrop and Gil and his friend Jessica. She is the loving grandmother of Tony, Jessica, Savannah Anderson, Gina and Carin Sherrill, Katelin, Chase, Jeremy, Brie and Connor. Sister of Billie Ruth Ritchie, Shirley Ann Arnold, John Granville Bradford and his wife Pauline, Mary Maurence Carter and Lois Katherine Hare. She was preceded in death by her brothers James Claude Bradford, William Calvin Bradford, Charles Burton Bradford, Jackie Ray Bradford, Clifton Eugene Bradford and Larry Cleveland Bradford and her parents Mary Gertie Bradford (nee Love ) and Claude Bradford. Loving Aunt of many Nieces, Nephews, Great-nieces and Great-nephews.
Irene’s journey began more than 39 years ago taking care of the elderly with Maria and Grandmaw. She later went to college and became a CMA which she was very proud of. They called her “Florence Nightingale.” She gave care to Ms. Pat, Ms. Mary, Ms. Gena, Buck and Norma, Ms. Sue(Dawns Mom), Buddy and Pinky, Ms. Sandy, Pop in Fl., Elmer Hare(Kittys Husband). She also helped with Ms. Ruth. While working for Ken and Marie Rudolph she met Mr. Glenn Wagnor whom she fell in love with and they remained girlfriend, boyfriend and best friend until today. She has been waiting for the day to see Little Glenn and that has happened. Her sadness is over. The family wants to thank everyone who has stayed with her and helped take care of her.
