Patricia I. Prichard, affectionately known as “Lotto Pat”, 59, of Linthicum, Maryland, passed away peacefully on April 6, 2009 in Baltimore. She had been battling cancer since January 2000 only to be taken away by septic shock. Pat was an administrative clerk with Anne Arundel County Parks & Recreation for 19 years, a job she truly loved. Pat loved to play Lotto, hence the name “Lotto Pat”.
