Patricia Fennell Powers, former longtime Norwalk resident, died peacefully in Naples, FL on November 9, 2011. Pat was born on Feb. 14, 1936 in the U.K. and came to the U.S. with her parents in 1954. She worked for Attorney Robert B. Devine and later joined his son John B. Devine, with whom she worked for many years.
