On October 16, 2020, Patricia Diane Prescott Bay died peacefully in her home at the age of 66 after a courageous battle with breast cancer.
Diane is survived by her husband of 46 years, Robert (Bob) Bay; their sons, Vallie and his wife Dana and Robby and his wife Maggie; their 5 grandchildren, Anaya, Stella, Annika, Stayton, and Everly; and siblings Deborah Hagy-Goul (Michael), Michael Prescott (Marnie), and Glen Prescott (Jacqueline); and Susan Prescott, sister-in-law and Cecil Riggs, brother-in-law. She was preceded in death by her parents Earl and Louise Prescott; one brother Daniel (Danny) Prescott, and one sister, Chris Faith Riggs.
Diane was born on October 9, 1954, in DeFuniak Springs, FL. She graduated from Choctawhatchee High School in 1972. In her adult life, she lived in many different states but always made her way back to the beach.
