A daughter of the late William Henry Dawkins, II, and the late Bessie Johnson Dawkins. She was born December 3, 1940, in Havana, Florida. A devoted member of Lakeview Baptist Church, she enjoyed fishing and going to Mule Day in Calvary, Georgia. She is survived by her daughter, Julie Boyer; and her siblings, Bill (Wanda) Dawkins and Sara Frances Kinsey.
