Okeechobee – Patricia Ann Rupp died December 27, 2021. She was born on March 25, 1939, in Hartford, Connecticut. A resident of Okeechobee for 23 years, she was an avid Boston Red Sox fan, loved playing Bingo with her girlfriends, loved reading, and was a faithful patron of the Okeechobee County Library.
Mrs. Rupp was preceded in death by her parents, James and Helen (Groom) Brierton.
She is survived by her husband of 45 years, Bill Rupp, of Okeechobee; daughters, Mary Bruno, of Milan, Ohio, Linda Mallia, of Hartford, Connecticut, and Sylvette Niles, of Honolulu, Hawaii; four granddaughters; one grandson; seven great-grandchildren; brother, James Brierton, of Conway, South Carolina; and sisters, Peggy Christie, of North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, Helene DeFoe, of Mashpee, Massachusetts, and Rose Burns, of Windsor, Connecticut.
