Sweeney1945~2020Patricia Ann (nee Davis), age 75 of Folsom, PA passed away on December 5th, was born in South Philadelphia in 1945. She moved to South West Philadelphia and graduated from John Bartram High School in 1963, where she was voted most popular her senior year. She married the love of her life Jack, resided in Southwest Philadelphia, and then later moved to Folsom where they grew their family and made several great friends. Pat was the glue of the family and captain of the ship and their home was always welcome to everyone. Patricia loved decorating her home and for the holidays.
