Prospect – Mrs. Patricia Ann (McKee) Kerner, age 78, of Prospect, passed away Sunday April 5, 2015 at Waterbury Hospital. She was the loving wife of John L. Kerner. Mrs. Kerner was born in New York City, New York on September 30, 1936 a daughter of the late Joseph and Mildred (Owens) McKee. She formerly worked at the Bristol Babcock Company in Waterbury and enjoyed providing child care for family and friends for many years. She was affectionately known as Nanny Kerner to many. Patricia enjoyed quilting, was a wonderful seamstress and crafter, and was a former member of the Prospect Quilting Club. She also served as a Girl Scout leader for many years.
