Patricia Ann Hebert (Willging) August 3, 2016 at the Parkview Health Center. She was born April 7, 1930 in Dubuque, IA to Henry G. and Anna Marie (Kregle) Willging. She graduated in 1947 from Immaculate Conception High School in Dubuque, IA. In 1953 she married Richard W. Hebert in Dubuque.
Pat graduated from the University of Florida in 1970 with a Bachelors degree in Education and in 1971 with a Masters of Education. Pat taught in Florida and in Minnesota. She retired from teaching in 1995 and moved to Freeport. Pat was an avid reader, loved to travel, she enjoyed playing the piano and attending Operas. She was a valued member of Freeport Shakespeare’s Society and the Freeport Art Museum and the Highland Book Club.
Surviving are her ex-husband Richard Hebert of Dubuque, IA, her son Christopher (Lois) Hebert and her Grandson, Richard of Mantecu, CA. Her brothers George (Fran) Willging of Dubuque, Clarence Willging, Tom (Pat) Willging of Freeport and sister-in-law Joy Willging of St. Joseph, MI and numerous nieces and nephews as well as grand nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, and a brother H. Ronald Willging.
