Patricia was born in Williamsport on March 19, 1947, to Leo and Genevieve Kibler (Hartman). She was a devoted member Hillview Baptist Church. Patricia last worked as an inspector at Primus Technologies; ensuring the circuitry of emergency vehicles was in working order.
Patricia is survived by her loving husband, Clifton Grimes.
