An old Irish blessing says; May you always have walls for the winds, and a roof for the rain. Laughter to cheer you and those you love near you. Home is where your treasure is. There, your heart is also. In our home, mom, Patricia Ann Connelly (Nee Tiedeken) had taught our hearts to; weep, laugh, watch, pray, love, live, give thanks; comfort, mend, honor and when the road had risen to meet us that the sun shined warm upon our faces. A mother is the truest friend we will ever have and her love remains infinite. On Tuesday September 25th, 2018 the day came when the warm sun wouldn’t touch her face.

To all those who cared enough, after 79 years, Pat finally left this place. Pat’s rainbow rose up on St. Patrick’s Day, 1939 from Gloucester City, NJ where she spent her entire life dedicated to her faith and raising her large family. She had been a lifetime and active congregant of the Highland Park Church of God where she; took part in youth leadership, made costumes for many of the congregation pageants through the years and was well loved for her incomparable jewish apple cakes.

Mrs. Connelly is the widow of her late husband Joseph, Sr. She is the mother of Wayne & his wife Christina, Myrtle & her husband Mike Succio, Michelle & her husband Lee Fountain, Carole & her husband George Hacker, Vicki Connelly and Joseph, & his wife Christine Connelly, Jr. Pat is the proud grandmother of; Ryan, Meagan, Tonya, Michael, Jessica, Stephanie, Allison, great grandmother of 5 and sister of the late Henry Tiedeken and Janet Becker.
