THOMAS, Patricia A. Elsey-Woods Of Kalamazoo Trish passed away early Wednesday morning, April 8, 2009 at Tendercare of Kalamazoo Nursing Home. She was born October 17, 1944 in Indianapolis, IN, the daughter of Frank and Helen Lease Woods. Trish was employed at the Veterans Administration Medial Center in Battle Creek for 18 years until her retirement.
Surviving are her 2 sons, Scott Elsey and Jon Patricia Friar Elsey; 3 grandchildren, Matthew Elsey, Amber Elsey, and Randall Custard; 4 great-grandchildren, Matthew Jr., Tyler Gargus, Kyle Gargus, and Levi Gargus; 2 brothers, Gary Amber Woods and Jim Woods; former husband, Merton Elsey; and close friends, Diane Stout, Philip Tripp, and April.
