Patricia “Patti” Mulhall peacefully passed away on August 29th, 2022, as she prepared for her “next step” into the Holy Hands of the Lord she loved.  Patti leaves (temporarily) her husband, Vincent, of 55 years of marriage; a love match for the ages….. as well as, her two daughters, Jennifer Mulhall, PhD and Jill Mulhall Carignan who were constantly by their mother’s two grandchildren, Vincent & Kate Carignan….. son-in-law, Greg Carignan….. her brother, Lawrence Jordan (Peggy)….. her sister, Dawn Canute (Brent)….. and countless relatives and friends who were always in touch with Patti and her family throughout her journey with pancreatic cancer.  Patti was born in Brooklyn, NY….. and lived in Queens, NY, through her high school days when she served as President of the Student Council at a private school of 2000 girls.

After graduation from business school, Patti worked as an Executive Assistant to the Corporate Secretary and Vice President of a major oil company in NYC.  Patti & Vincent lived in New Jersey after their marriage….. before eventually settling in Boca Raton, Florida, almost 47 years ago.

Always an excellent athlete, Patti started as a novice tennis player living in Florida.

Patti was a woman of immeasurable faith that was always evident to those she knew. Patti worked in a number of spiritual ministries over the part 35+ years….. serving on Cursillo retreat teams….. next, as an influential part of TEC (a spiritual program for young men & women, ages 17 to 23)….. then working on the 1st Kairos retreat program (+ many others over the years) for seniors at Pope John Paul II High School…..

Patti spent a lot of time with her two girls during their school years (classroom mom, cake sales, raffles, shows, et al) . Patti also served as the girl’s tennis coach at Pope John Paul II High School and led the girl’s teams to two state tournaments after winning both districts and regionals for two straight years.  A full life….. lots of love for & from her husband that she started going steady with at age 15….. love, again, to and from her daughters and grandchildren…..always carrying an upbeat, positive and caring attitude and disposition all her life…… she was, indeed, a blessing to so many.

Patti will always be gratefully remembered for her active participation with the Literacy Coalition of Palm Beach County where she patiently read books by the hour to young children in hospitals and health centers….. a gift to the kids, as well as, their parents.

Patti’s love brought her to Connor’s Nursery in West Palm Beach where she provided her time and talent to young children (3 years of age and younger)…..

Good Lord, Patti will be desperately missed by those left behind in “this life”….. yet, all of us knowing she will be reunited with her family and friends “forever” in her final home in the heavenly air of the God of her deep understanding.
