Mrs. Patricia “Pat” A. (Glupczynski) Harloff, 75, of Oglesby, passed away April 01, 2013 at OSF St. Francis Medical Center in Peoria.

Mrs. Harloff was born on July 2, 1937 in LaSalle to Marion and Alice (Trestrail) Glupczynski. She married Charles Harloff on February 16, 1957 at St. Patrick’s Church, LaSalle. She worked as a waitress/night supervisor at Hamilton’s Union 76 Truck Stop in Peru for more than 25 years. She enjoyed sewing and quilting, a passion she passed on to her daughters. She was especially known for her adorable teddy bears and beautiful blankets. She learned to use the computer later in life and enjoyed the opportunities it provided to stay in contact with family and friends.

She is survived by her husband, Charles of Oglesby; two daughters, Carol (Glen) Myer of Dimmick Twp. and Janice (Tom) Ryan of Wheaton; one brother, Marion “Fritz” (Berniece) Glupczynski of Utica; one sister, Jean Seibech of Peru; and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; one brother; and one sister. Pallbearers will be Janice Ryan, Tom Ryan, Glen Myer, Marsha Robertson, Wayne Kirby, and Keith Gehm.
