Patricia A. Dugan, 73, of Williamsport passed away Thursday, May 3, 2018.
Born April 23, 1945 in Williamsport she was a daughter of the late George R. and Irene Follmer Dugan. Patricia was lovingly raised by her stepmother, the late Vida M. Dugan.
Patricia attended Miss Wheaton’s Business School and later retired from the Williamsport Hospital Billing Department. She enjoyed watching television, playing on the computer, working in her yard, loving and caring for her two cats.
Surviving is a sister, Kathleen D. Farrand, of Laurel, Md.; a brother, Jerry R. Metzger, of Ormond Beach, Fla.; several nieces and nephews and her two very special friends, Mary Ann Stine and Susan Nyman.
