Patricia Anne Crowell of Cocoa Beach went to be with the Lord in Heaven on Thursday, October 20th, 2016. “Pat” was born in Brooklyn, NY on March 16th, 1932. She relocated permanently to Cocoa Beach from Smithtown, Long Island in 2009.
Pat attended St. Brenden’s High School in Brooklyn and started a career as an Executive Secretary at American Smelting Company and then the Dimes Savings Bank of NY. In 1955, she married the love of her life, Albert R. (Dick) Crowell and together they raised four children. For the majority of her life, she focused on her family and being a home maker. The family left behind includes her daughter, Barbara and her husband, Douglas, and her sons, Richard and his wife, Yaeta, Robert, and Ronald and his wife, Lisa. She also has 6 beloved grandchildren: Eric (Jessica), Scott (Meagan), Douglas Jr., Adam, Steven and Jennifer (Christopher) and 3 great grandchildren: Stacia, Kaitlyn and newly arrived Harrison.
Pat lived her entire life centered around her faith, family and friends. She was an extraordinary Matriarch that continued her husband’s legacy of uniting the large extended family of both sides.
