Patrice O’Connor, 64, passed away at her home on December 10, 2017. She was born in Rahway to the late Clifford and Dorothy (Lawlor) O’Connor. She had previously lived in Shrewsbury Twp.; Middletown and Long Branch before moving to Asbury Park nine years ago. She worked as the director of human resources for Revlon cosmetic company in NYC, NY for many years and she was the founding member of Smith’s accounting group and a perpetual member of the HR team. Patrice had an art history degree from Vassar College. She was an avid reader and she loved going on cruises.
Patrice is predeceased by her parents; her sister, Peggy Brunette and her former husband, Michael Byron. Surviving is her son and his wife: Matthew and Jaime Byron of Tinton Falls; her sisters and brother in law: Carolee and Neil Nadler and Erin Sabol all of Toms River; her nephew and his wife: Michael and Michele Sabol of Toms River; her great niece and nephews: Ashley, Mikey, Alec and Austin and her beloved granddaughter, Emma.
