Patsy Ann Jones, 76, of Alamogordo, N.M., went to be with the Lord in the early morning of April 29, 2010 at Gerald Champion Memorial Hospital from medical complications. She was born Feb 2, 1934 in East St. Louis to Anna and Russell Staley. Pat substituted elementary school and had a love for children. She was a long time member of Immaculate Conception Church and was very active in the ministries. She volunteered much time to Father Hays Thrift Store and other organizations.
She is survived by her husband Stanley W. Jones; two sons; David A. Jones and wife Val, and Steven A. Jones; nine grandchildren, Linda, Stanley, and Kathy Jones, and Erin, Sam, Danny, Josh, Jesse, and Ian Callahan; three brothers, Bob, Norman, and Richard Staley; two sisters, Doris Matt, and Betty Goetz and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Rosary will be recited at 9:30am, Wednesday, May 5, 2010 at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church.
